We all have a deep level of self-awareness that is not visible to the outside world. This is where we’re able to see things, make decisions, and act (and react) in ways we would never make if we weren’t aware. Our level of self awareness is not limited to our own thoughts, behaviors, and decisions.
The Three Levels of Self Awareness would be the ability to focus on one thing at a time, to understand and make sense of things, and to think about ourselves and our actions as well as others, and to have our thoughts and actions be the best that they can be. One of my favorite quotes from Dr. Weisburd is when he talks about how people with high self awareness can be so quick to jump to conclusions and to make snap judgments.
The Three Levels of Self Awareness is a very useful concept. It helps us in our day-to-day actions as a society to better understand ourselves and our actions. It helps us to better understand others as well so we can relate our actions to the people that we are interacting with. It also helps us to better understand ourselves.

Many of us have come to a point in our lives where we have become so dependent on the system and people that we can’t stand to think for ourselves anymore.
